Analy Fall Festival

Hello Everyone -- The students and I are very excited about the upcoming performance at the Analy Fall Festival. Here is the text of the letter that went out last week regarding the Festival and transportation:

Dear Parents and Students
Many thanks to everyone for an outstanding start to the 2011/2012 school year for the WMS Bands! The students and I are very excited about our upcoming participation in the Analy Fall Festival at Analy High School in Sebastopol. As you may remember from the syllabus, and Back to School Night, the Analy Fall Festival takes place on Friday, October 21st. The schedule for our portion of the event is as follows:
4:30 Warm Up
5:00 Performance
5:30 Clinic
6:00 Photo
Unfortunately, the only bus transportation that we could arrange will leave at 1:00 in the afternoon. This would bring us to Sebastopol far earlier than we need to be there. The Festival does not even begin until 3:00 p.m. With that in mind, we are hopeful that there may be parents available who could drive to Analy after school on Friday and others who might be able to join us to help manage students in Sebastopol before the event begins.
